Do you get "flashed" while driving your S?

One of the things my salesman ragged on when I bought my S was how cool the headlights were. On mine the top of the low beam focuses about 20-30 yds away & there's a distinct line at about car height where everything below is illuminated and everything above is not. Can't see how you could possibly blind an oncoming driver with lows if they are aimed correctly. Did earlier models have different lamps?
I haven't been flashed yet. It is probably because of where I live... Houston. Last year there were some shottings over "falshing". Gangs would drive around Houston with high beams and the first person to flash would get shot as part of the initiation.
