Motors and trans from salvage s2ks at a Honda dealership. Why would a Honda dealership have salvage cars? Prolly flood damaged or something.

That eBay member has been registered for less than 1 month, has ZERO feedback as a seller and is located in Canada.

You never know but I'd be careful.

It seems like most of the scammers with s2000 parts are in Canada too. I found a crazy deal for some ap2 headlights with ballast and everything for like $380 shipped, and it ended up being a scam but got my money back through paypal after a month. Then just a few weeks ago I saw some for $400 shipped, no seller feedback, bought similar items as scammer before, located in Canada, ect..then a day later they were completely gone off Ebay.

This might just be hell of a deal, but be sure you are aware of the dangers of buying something for that amount of money online from someone with no real reputation.

for that price id get a truck and go check them out myself. I would want compression test and leak down numbers before pursuing that.

I got ripped off for a s2k steering wheel and airbag from a Canadian ebay seller, Paypal only ended up refunding half my money. Very good deal but be wary, make sure that the transaction is paypal protected for 100% of the purchase price.

Yeah, that price is too good to be true. They would have made it a standard ebay auction and sold it for >$3k.
