I could se one of these on my M5 since the engine is so smooth and quiet and I keep hitting the fuel cut off on 1st and 2nd everyother day. I don't need one for the S since I kind of know when it's getting close to the redline by feel and sound.

I thought you could add a LED to the beeper, to act as a shift light...

Velleman makes a 12vdc strobe/siren... be interesting to hook one up for valet. It would probably freak out the valet guy... 100db siren AND strobe in the driver side well when they hit 5K.

So if you Ride on the BEEP you can make it sound as if a Car Bomb is about to go off.

I already have a 130dB alarm siren, and I'm sure I can add a strobe under the dash.

How about adding a sample and hold circuit so that the alarm stays on for 30 seconds once it's activated. Anybody know where I can get a sample and hold that will do the trick?

WOW i would get it but it would make me slow down rather than shifting
thinking my V1 is going off.
And yes if it would have the rev limiter option, so i would know the valet guy isnt beating my car i would be ALL over this mod.
