This morning I noticed a nail in my tire. My S is only about 7 months old with about 6000 miles on it, so needless to say I was not very happy. I went to my local discount tire hoping they could just remove the nail. Unfortunately, the salesperson pointed out that the nail went in the top of the tire and was coming out the side wall. So the tire is shot. My question is should I replace both rears or is it ok just to replace the damaged one. I have not done any burnouts so my tread is good on both rear tires. I was worried that by just replacing the one it might effect the handling. What do you think?
