I dunno if it's just that it's a light car or what, but whenever i'm on long highway trips with extended speeds of 70+, the car just feels like it's bein blown all over the road...wind, drafts, etc...however under acceleration it feels fine. Anybody else ever feel this?

Nope. Solid here. The car is relatively lighter than most so a strong gust can move it more than your typical 3400lb family sedan.

No problems here. Although other drivers make me nervous at times.

I don't know if it was an alignment problem but when I cruising at 80mph with somewhat windy conditions I had a very quick punch to my car on the side. I actually had to correct it to prevent myself from going into the other lane.

Never happened ever again. (No flats nothing)

I just came from a 1900lbs tercel. This car feels like glue on the road next to that. 60+ you felt like you were gonna take off.
Passing semi's shoves you out a little though. Thats in any car.

A bad alignment, worn tires, uneven road and high winds can make for a handfull at speeds above 65-70 mph.

Did I mention standing water

I agree with the above poster. I've heard numerous times before that a wandering feeling or a light feeling can be attributed to a bad alignment. Maybe get that checked.
