It came with the spoon valve cover. But I see no reference to it on their website.

Yep. Resembles the spoon X-brace, but mine is black, not red. And it came in a brown box, not white. .

What you see there is the super secret oil slick laying device from the one-off S2000 to be featured in the next James Bond movie, "You only lie once".

Did you get the parts or just the pictures?

Spoon Twin Mode clutch. I still don't quite understand what it does or how it works, but try searching in archive for more info.

So what's the background on this image? You ordered the Spoon valve cover, and this photocopy came in the packaging? You then took a picture of the photocopy and uploaded it to the nikon uk website?

This is obviously the much rumored gear shift knob heater. It only adds 10lbs of weight and is exceedingly useful for those especially cold mornings.
