Does Honda offer and extended warranty on the S2000?
Through the group buy forum, I found a delare in Wisconsin that sold me the Honda care $0 deductible, 7year/75K warranty for $795. There was no tax involved either, so it was a great deal. I'm pretty sure he's still selling it.
When you fill in the info for a quote, you will get an email response with a code in it for (I think) $75 bucks off.
Mine (code) was 45689. I think they are all the same as I did it again to see, so no illegal post here.
I think you still need to fill out the info to get to the purchase page so you will get one too. If you don't, send Dave Heffernan an email saying your buddies got a discount with this code, why not you.
Good luck and make sure you get the ZERO deductible.

I think going through a 3rd party warranty company would be a better deal. IMO what will break on the car that would be spendy to fix(diff, CV joints, #4 cylinder) Honda will try and deny warranty. Also a plus you don't have to go to a Honda dealer to get it fixed. So far my experience with Honda service has been dreadfully painful.
