Default does the partial red interior exist?

I just bought my s2k today! sebring silver w/ black leather. I initially wanted the silverstone w/ partial red intrior but they didnt have it. The only red interior the dealer said was available was the one where the entire interior was red... and he showed it to me. I swear in the honda brochure they have a silverstone s2000 with partial red interior. When i say partial, i mean the seats, carpet and part of the door is red. The rest is black. Does this color exist or an i just ?? BTW- how do i find out the production # of my car? oh yeah.. and WHERE IS THE OWNERS MANUAL? Thanks guys...

in 2000 they had the split interior... it wasn't as offensive as the all red..

All I want are red seats & door inserts for my car..

is that too much to ask???

unless of course I can get the monaco blue

Think you mean Monte Carlo blue.

The partial red interior was actually available in both 2000 and 2001. It was very nice and much classier than the all red interior that is now available. If Honda had kept the partial red interior I would be driving a Grand Prix White S2000 right now.

I want to know why the blue only comes with the blue interior. I feel in love w/ the outside when I saw it and wanted to cry when I saw the interior

Rubish! The partial red interior exist. It is called: black dash/red leather. I almost ordered it a month ago, but I finally went for the black dash/black leather.

yeah, but Honda changed it. The part red is now only seats and carpet. The door insert is now in black.

I have a Siverstone with Full red, as I think the red interior looks more expensive than the grey looking black interior.

Click here for a pic , now I would hardly call that offensive!

But as has been said, everyone to their own

You are right. I saw it in the brochure, but I was not sure if it was a brochure fault, as the pictures were computer-generated. I like the black leather on the doors more. I would actually prefer if the carpet was also black and only the seats were red. That is the main reason I did not order this option.

Yours with the full red interior looks great though

I thought about it, but I was unsure as I had never seen one in flesh.
