Default Does "Rick's Signature Accessories" Ignore everybody's e-mail/faxes or just mine?????

For 3 day's I've been desperately trying to get answers to , two simple questions!

(1) Do you have the "black on sebring silver" S-emblems in stock. (I don't trust website in-stock claims)

(2)Would you be able to ship them to be delivered by Thursday July 16th 2003

I started this Monday morning the 13th after reading the (we are usually able to respond within a few

hours) disclaimer. Of course 3 days, 3 emails, and 2 faxes later, still no response.

I left these guys every number I have, short of my social. AND STILL NO RESPONSE

Could anybody PLEASE tell me if there is another company that sells the S-emblems

Thank You For letting me VENT

I've been trying to get ahold of them for 2 months regarding an order that I've paid for that hasn't been fulfilled (see e-mail thread below).

Anyone know what's going on!?

I have had issues. Matter of fact I am waiting on replacement pulleys. The idler pulley bearing in their 1 of 10 sets made on their first production run failed. I was told that not only the idler pulley would be replaced, but the whole set would be replaced with 7075 aluminum. This has also been 2 months. I have had 2 cell phone calls with Jeff and several follow up e-mails, but no replacement parts as of yet. Ricks is a part time gig for these guys, they all have full time jobs and live in seperate states. This isn't a shop with a bunch of mechanics and parts guys hanging around developing and shipping parts out of a warehouse. It is more less an online gig with a back yard garage shop.

This part failed in less than 2 weeks of receiving and installing.

I haven't heard anything in several weeks. I would have to look back through e-mails received and sent to see when the last time stratocaster(jeff) sent me an update. The last update was the bearings were being pressed into the pulleys.

Greetings

I am sorry this process has take some long, but I have very good news. I have talked to the shop anodizing the pulley and they should be delivered to the machine shop this week. Once the machine shop receives the pulleys, they will be inspected and the bearing pressed into them. So if everything goes as planned, I should have them in my hand to ship next weekend.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Jeff Shahan

Rick's Signature Accessories

*This was a generic e-mail I received today. I received this type of email 7/23 it was personalized addressed to me.

In addition, I was required and so were the other GB participants to pay in advance. Due to my situation, this is the reason why so many people have a problem paying in advance. I am not sure how many other idler pulley bearings failed like mine, but it failed with in a few days of install. Now that I have a vortech SC, it will be difficult pulling the stock idler pulley off and replacing it with the new pulley that I am waiting on.
