I think I do drive a bit more aggressively in my s2k than I do in my civic EF, but that may be because the civic is 19 years old and is my main mode of transportation. However, I don't drive like an asshole on the roads tho. I would say I just accelerate a bit faster at times and I do lane changes really fast once in a while lol.

I have found one way to calm my need for spirited driving in the S2000 tho.. Go to the track. Not autocross, but the track. Having 4- 20 minutes sessions will make you drive like a grandma on public roads.

i drive like a grandmother no matter whether i'm in my S or in my Toyota Yaris. My safety and the safety of others is what matters the most to me so i keep my driving aggression to the very lowest level. If i feel i want to drive furiously, then i would take my car to the track. Thats just me

i do drive alittle faster but only when its in the wee hours of the morning when no one is around. traffic is too heavy for me to risk getting into a fender bender for my precious S.

i have never tracked more with any other car than the S. It has made me really look forward to each and every track day.

In the S, I generally drive way faster on backroads and way slower on freeways. 80 MPH in the Accord is a fairly serene experience, but you need to be committed to getting somewhere quickly be willing to stand 4200 RPM droning your f-ing ears off in the S2000. With the top up the noise is ridiculous. It always boggles my mind when I see people commuting to work in S2000s with the top up. At least put the top down and let the racket escape.

Of course, on a backroad, everything changes and you love that noise.

I guess another question might be, does it change WHERE you drive? Cause I definitely use different routes to get places in the S so that I can enjoy it.

Now that I'm back in a street-driven S2000... yes. The S2000 taunts and goads me to play. It wants to have fun... heel-toe, left-foot braking, late apexing... other cars are so boring in comparison.

It's some of the most fun you can have driving at street-legal speeds!

Yes it does. I look forward to the curves a whole lot more in the S and tend to hit em a lot harder than any other car I have.
Not to mention now and then a little VTEC Fever hits and you have to have a redline fix.
Other ways driving changes in the S is that I tend not to tailgate and leave huge spaces between cars so as not to get rock chips on the bumper and hood. Second the FEAR of curbs when getting near one is highly increased in the S . Curbs=Stay far away so as not to damage the nose.

Absolutely changed me. I drive slower- yes slower. This is the first car I have had that you can have a blast in going slow.

Because I have not explored the limits of the car I am much more respectful of the car and keep everything smooth (braking, accleration, turning).

Fun on every level.

My g37s is only fun when pushed very hard and fast in comparison.

I suppose I drive a bit more agressively than something with four doors or some other things with two. I can't deny the S2000 its carnal desires; except in the rain. I don't know about anyone else, but my definition of "agressive" is NOT 15-20 mph over the limit, bobbing in and out of traffic; its late braking, rev matching downshifts, and corners. I figure if I am making a 90* right turn onto a road, I can do it at the speed limit of said road.
