Default Does the S2K's handling improve with age?

Hi. My 2004 S seems to handle better now than when brand new. When driving on twisty roads, it seems to hug the curves better and I can drive it efforlessly.

We know the engine needs to be broken in, how about the suspension? Does it get broken in the more you drive the car, resulting in a better handling ride?

it's because you have become a better driver.....

more experience in the car = you being able to push it harder and understand the cars characteristics better and in return making it seem like the car is handling better then before...

Also, if you live in a sometimes-cold climate, the warm weather will heat up your tires and turn them from rocks into tenacious gripping mofos. Here in DC with the warmer weather the difference is like night and day.

I think it's because the driver got broken in.

Tire change, wheel alignment, driver experience, removing spring spacers, can all contribute to this feeling.

I guess another thing to consider is the tire composition itself. Some tires have a new finish on them that will wear out. This new finish does not provide the best grip, and it is only when it wears off that the tires reach their potential.
