Default Done for the winter

It was at freezing with snow flurries so the S2000 got a change of oil and filter, waxed and put under cover.

My wife got me the covers for the cars and cycles last Christmas. I thought that was great until I went out to have my morning coffee and look at the vehicles. All I could see was stupid covers.

With three sports cars and four motorcycles, I try to use each one about 1,500 miles each season. But when I did the mileage log on the S2000, I had only went 300 miles.

I'm making sure that it is first in line next spring.

that looks like a good winter setup, no flat spors for you.

hope you got the good part of the frame and not just the pinch rails if its going to stay there all winter, though it looks like you know what you are doing so keep up with the good work, and 300 mile... tisk tisk, i can remember atleast three weekends this summer when i did that just on sundays

I put mine up today as well.

It wasn't my DD, and I put over 16000 miles on it since May!

I would go nuts if I couldn't drive my S2000 in the winter.

We get about 2 light snows here a year but plenty of 50-70 degree sunny weekends all winter...and it's still too cold here for me.

No snow-deep snow, I drive mine regardless, 3 sports cars is just greedy.

Emil St- Hilaire, I can"t tell from your picture, do you have the suspension supported? It is not good to let a suspension dangle for long periods of time.

You just need to put some tension on the springs. That's why a lot of people store with wheels on and sitting on thick foam blocks.

300 miles this season? Good lord. I thought I was bad with only 4000 miles a season. almost wanna sell my car because I don't drive it enough and it needs to be driven daily and often, 10k miles per year at least. It's a Honda. Sham eon me, and shame on others as well.

I don't put mine down lke that pic. It stays in garage, and I take it out when there is no snow or salt on roads.

That's treating your S2000 like a Ferrari, which I can't do, but more power to those who can..

Owners like this are what give the next owner a great deal! Hopefully plan to keep it for a long while.
