Go see the movie OFFICE SPACE if you haven't yet. It is a dead ringer for every job I have had at Boeing. Maybe 15 minutes a day of actual work followed by long periods of surfing the net, screwing off, looking busy, sleeping through stupid meetings, golfing etc. Gets old actually, wouldn't mind doing some actual work on a regular basis, anyone need some rockets launched or something?

Work is the intermittent interruptions of my online reading.

I have 2 PC's on my desk. One is full time online S2000 site monitor and the other is for displaying my wonderful S2k Wallpaper. I think the phone is for calling someone to order lunch for me. I also have a stack of papers but none of them contain any info on our Stooks so they are not worth reading. Of course, as soon as I get home a strong magnetic force draws me to this board. Man, I'm addicted!!!

I work, but my passion is my beloved stook, anyone got a problem with that? I deliver the deliverables, what else does anyone want?

Also self-employed, and agree that it is an addiction.

Self employed also. My wife keeps a careful eye on my dailey activities and my monthly billings, sooooooo I live by the adage " work perceived is work performed". I always have one eye on this board.
