Downturned tip will it look good?
I am tired of my titanium tip rattling so much so I was thinking about just welding on a SS piece of tubing.
What I was contemplating was putting a downturned tip instead of just straight out. Not anything radical but just a little.
Because of my test pipe I also get a lot of junk on my bumper, from the exhaust, so wouldn't this help that problem? So what does everyone think? Ya or nay?
here's a pic of mine

funny... i had a similar problem with my Sugen Ti Single V.2, i ended up ripping the rivets out and redoing them... now the Tip is SOLID... i used slightly thicker rivets as well. Just an idea..
I think J's makes one with a downturned tip on the end. Doesn't look good IMO. Reminds me of budget cars and trucks as they have a lot of down turned tips.
I actually saw a Fiat with a downturned tip but also a fake tip welded on top of it make it look like it was coming out straght. It was like that from the factory too

Maybe you should try cutting a slant into it. It would be much easier to do and you'd get kinda the same result.
Turned-down is ugly. I don't care if its an econocar or the above J's exhaust. You might be able to get away with angle-cut, but that reminds me of straight-piped trucks, Mustangs, and Camaros. You could just go with a tip that extends further past the bumper or wash more often
