prolly a bunch of riceboi upgrades

HKS exhaust, Amuse front lip, AP2 rear wing, 18" Volks in black

that'll prolly set me back a bit more than 5k, but not if I buy used ^_^

Vortech S/C with extra upgrades (preferred over the Comptech b/c of the extra potential).

I'd first strip the car, get gears, mostly suspension work, and then some lightweight wheels.

I've already got the hardtop =] haha.

Probably a bit over the 5k budget but ideally I'd go with a stock AP1, cf mugen hardtop, supercharger, rims and suspension

You can get a hardtop for much less than 5K, and I'm damned sure a properly installed and tuned turbo will run you more than 5K. I would get an SC w/ AC and just bolt on and go.
Much less than 5k? So, like $4500 than?

Everywhere I look, I see them from mid 4k to 6k. Especially considering shipped, as most local shops around me (SoCal) don't sell HT right out the box!

Anyway, the Comptech SC and Vortech SC are both over 5k with after-cooler.

If I had 5 grand to spend, it'd be the traditional intake, headers, straight pipe, exhaust. That's probably take up most of the 5k, so I'd just finish out with some nice rims, I already like the stock suspension, so no upgrades there....... except for a strut or two...
