s2000's can be made to drift but they're not ideal. the best drift cars usually make a lot of lowend torque to swing the tailend out. but im not saying you CAN'T drift the s2k(i have lots of videos of s2ks drifting in japan), its just that its hard compared to a supra, skyline, silvia, etc...

no fast drift is different than show drift
maybe you watched show drift that's only for show. fast drift is for race.

go get this video and see what's different:

Not to mention excessive tire wear, which is inefficient in endurance racing .

owen you're telling me that in a serious race a racer would rather do a fast drift than just take the turn normally?

I've learned (Indoor cart-racing ) that driving the racing line is faster then drifting, but then again I was in a 6hp go-cart .

nonono I just want to say drift is more fast, but not for serious race because it wear too much tire.

Drifting is not for racing or show, it is for fun. That being said, nothing can really beat an S13 or S14 with an SR20 for drifting fun. I have driven an AE86 Corolla, but never had a chance to drift it.
