it almost looks like their wrecking into the crowd on purpose or the FWD camry is sending them off course either way nuts

It's called Darwinian selection at work. And I can assure you they don't have a monopoly on that.

Its basically Arabian drifting - they do it on public highways and they try to drift going straight, and just hang the back end out from side to side.
