Driver's side lower instrument panel

I thought my car was missing this and went to the dealer and asked them for a replacement and was told that only AP2's had them. Is this true? and will it fit my AP1?

I never noticed that before. But yeah the 00-03 don't have that. They don't have #30 either.

hmmm anyone know if that panel will fit AP1's? I wanna cover up all that ugly wiring.
