Default Driver's Side Window Switch - Kind of Broken?

The driver's side window switch rolls down the window, but it is not automatically rolling it down the entire way when you fully depress the button. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks! Same goes for when I put the top down. It rolls down the passenger side window the entire way, but it only rolls down the driver's side about an inch, and I have to manually depress the button and hold it until it's down all the way.

Since you have a 2000, the following applies:

Wow! I am so glad to have stumbled upon this thread. I recently bought an '00 and had this very issue. I actually thought the the pass window was the one malfunctioning. I figured that both windows were only supposed to move an inch. I figured it was some kind of major wiring issue that I didn't really want to address but I just went out to my car and performed the reset. Worked exactly as how described! Thanks for bringing this topic back to the surface.

Just be forewarned - the switch reset is usually only temporary. Replacement is the only permanent option.
