Default driving myself crazy

honda fixes anything that goes wrong with my sisters accord coupe without any questions asked but they denied warranty claims on my prelude tip-tronic tranny @ 75k miles when i had the 100 mile extended plan?!? ers.. so i had to sell the car or pay thousands of dollars for a new one. i figured i'd give the reliable h another shot so for my second car i picked up an s2000. manuals are generally more sturdy than the autos. i try to just drive it as gently as i know how and not worry too much about problems. the car is not warrantied anymore as anything that goes wrong with it will undoubtedly be deemed as my fault and not be covered (warranty trauma or what man) i need to stop reading these horror story threads tho it makes me paranoid. i hope i have good luck with this car! i am not a money tree and its hurting me enough to make the car payment every month being a 20 year old. anyways just wanted to rant and rave about my dislikes so i can get a list going and try to knock this shit out and not have to dwell anymore.

i am displeased with:

pops and creaks from rear (spindle nut loose again?! or is it my axels or diff going..)
notchy shifters (just shift components not lining up right or are my gears chewed.. sometimes 1st and 2nd have popped out.. i hope due to not being pushed fully into gear)
weak pressure plates (is my clutch worn or do i just suck with foot coordination.. checked fluids already but some say bleed the master or slave cylinder)
odd clutch pedal/grab behavior (feels like the car has a different personality everyday.. and after cruising in 6th for a long time clutch feels squishy)
squeaking seat belts (ahhh! and the passenger one knocks against the hard plastic part on the door!?)
rattling roofs (makes so many noises! wind noise sucks too.. i hate the top being up in this car it amplifies the terrible noises from every part of the car)
buzzy clutch decel noise (honda better fix this its embarrassing i don't get it all the time.. only somedays and sometimes its gritty and others its more hummy and more intense.. always similar rpms tho)
down syndromed map sensors (i think i'll be really really slow today)
white warped plastic rear window (shouldn't this thing be transparent? and fold correctly)
auto down window regulator (i try to reset this thing every day too)
pitting and cracking prone windshields (who threw pepples and rocks all over the freeways? come on i catch mad shit and not to mention what i kick up behind me and into my fenders)
sloppy weather strips (warped and not sealing tight around my passenger window and above my windshield)
nomad floormats (its like they are always on the move)
passenger visor screw loose (traced a rattle to here and found the screw almost entirely unscrewed?! wth)

that seems like about it.. going to one of the dealers here in houston tomorrow to see what they will do for me.. i hope i can get the tsbs done for free like some people have slightly out of warranty. i'm pretty much lost if i can't at least get some of this shit done on their dollar. i only have about 33k miles on the car now and i can't accept some of these problems. how did i not notice some of this stuff when i test drove the car and looked it up and down a million times? i've gotten to the point where i feel that my car is loosening itself up everynight when i'm not looking u know. i'll let ya know what the service guys say. i don't wanna worry myself into paranoid schizophrenia.

Ouch. I personally HATE Honda paint. The rock chips are inevitable in the fender area.

retorque back spindle nut or whatever its called
switch tranny fluid for notchy shifter
put velcro on the area that the seat belts rubs/latch hits the side
use liquid lithium grease and spray into joints of top per honda tsb
shintesu the seals to recondition
tsb for clutch buzz
i think there was a tsb on the map sensor
use plastic polish on the rear plastic window
tsb on window regulator
windshield will crack/chip. its raked so high for your head protection on roll over. stop tailgating if you are doing it
shintetsu weather strips
floormats have been updated with anchors in newer models..maybe get some Muz mats
use some blue loctite on the screw so it stays put but can be removed if necessary
