I have a pair of Simpson shoes, and they are great for driving and are over all the most comfortable driving shoe I have found, the downside is that the soles wear out very fast if you wear them around the paddock, as in you can ruin them in a day.

Now I know that and I dont wear them around, and they have lasted 2 years.

I vote for Piloti's. I wear the Spyder's every single day to/from work. I have metal racing pedals installed that chew up my leather soled dress shoes - I used to wear Diesels, but once I got a pair of piloti's I have not looked back. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Puma KartCats and Speedcats give great pedal feel while not being too flimsy, and they're light. KartCats are sweet because under the right sole it says POWER and under the left sole it says BRAKE. i know you don't brake with your left, but it's still pretty sweet.

you're kidding, right?? one of my friend's grandpa brakes with his left. i tried it one time just to see what it was like and it just doesn't work. the left is so accustomed to raping that clutch pedal that when i tried to get my left to brake lightly it couldn't do it.

some of the puma low mid sole are great to drive with, but i felt too homo to walk around with those thing.

being a poor arse student i can't justisfy the price when a brand new converse chucks is around 30 bucks a pair

chucks=low, flexible and slim=great for driving

but I would like to get some feedback from people who've tried the Puma Repli cat shoes.
I just got some Puma Repli Cat's from finishline.com. I liked them much better for driving than my Puma Fluxion's. The sole is wider near the center of the shoe so it makes it easier to heel/toe. I just drove once with them but I liked em!
