Default drove the S for first time in 2 months

well this is the reason why. 2 months ago i hit a deer on the highway on my yamaha r1 on my way home from work. i had a titanium rod put in my lower left leg. since then ive been driving my moms 98 honda crv. i must have forgot how great the S was cause after it warmed up i started driving which is very difficult when u have no leg muscule left and pushing the clutch down is like trying to get the brake pedal to touch the floor. my leg is still very sore cause i drove everywere i could with the crotches riding along with. i just figured id share this cause im still excited that i was driving it today which mean no more driving that damn crv. i have a temp handicap thing so it also means i can park close and in the super wide spots. ok thats all

what the bike looked like after the deer

Glad you are better. Enjoy your S. One of the closest you can get to a bike on four wheels.

I think this is the first time I have ever heard of a deer getting hit by a bike. Never even crossed my mind. I'm glad your recovering well but this just puts another caution for me. I want one so bad but just the stories stray me away. Anyways, glad you finally got to drive the S and enjoyed it. Be safe.

I know a lot of people who ride bikes (hardcore long term riders), but I cant think of a single one who hasnt had some sort of injury because of it.

Bikes and pain just seems to go together. Thats why I dont get one.
