You should add "...with a V-AFC" when you say that.

Can you tell me if the stock injectors are running at 100% duty cycle with your 11% fuel addition scenario? I haven't heard that anyone has actually tested this. From what I've read they've only been able to see that the stock ECU doesn't allow more than X% duty cycle. They've seen this by noticing the limit the ECU puts on adding fuel via the V-AFC. But, maybe you measured the duty cycle.

A piggy back that can boost the stock duty cycle (such as the e-Manage) or insert a second injector pulse (such as the e-Manage) could possibly get enough fuel to the engine without added fuel pressure or swapping out the injectors. A piggy back that can control 2 additional injectors (such as the e-Manage) could also be possible solution for getting a bit more fuel...although the 2 additional injectors would have it's con's compared to 4 larger injectors.

That hurts may brain...just tell me what you've measured or calculated...I don't have the patience to figure out why you linked me there.

All I learned scanning that page (which I've seen before) is that 80% = "100%". Did you measure your injectors running at 80% duty cycle when at 11%+ on the V-AFC?

Hey Jenner,

Although I was making 7.5 psi of boost, I tried tightening it more. However, when I touch the belt, I still feel a bit of slack. Is that normal?

I think the general rule is that you should be able to twist the belt 1/2 times with your fingers...no more.

I want a boost upgrade. Anyone know where I can get a 10psi pulley and belt from? Will I have to send my timing box back in to Vortech for them to modify it to handle the extra boost? I'm getting a new fuel rail with injectors so I should be safe. Also what throttle body would be the best for my application? Thanks.
