I had off work today and 60 bucks and theres two shops be that have dynos,,i went in and no one was there except for the owner,,im thinking cool let me get 2 runs before the place gets crowded..sure as shit here comes a mustang, a fwd eclipse,,and 300zxturbo,,I tell them im first ,,its been almost an hour and my engine is really cooled off and they strap it on..
3rd gear and 4th ,,one gave me 204 to the wheels backed up by 202 to the wheels
fellas i had more power than this 96 gt mustang with aftermarket mufflers..he was madddddd
he rolled 197 to the wheels and the eclispe went 348 to the wheels with a 16g turbo
the 300zx was a monster and tore the rollers 483 to the wheels
everyone was cool except for the RUST ANG LOL

First off great pull. Those numbers are inspiring.

Funny thing is that the Rustang owners believe the hype on that new 2003 Cobra coming out with the SC. Even with the SC that thing wont put down the numbers the magazines have been talking about. They will see. Long live VTEC.

 

I wouldn't be so sure about the Cobra. Autoweek just did an article on it and it sounds like they are going to build it. Additionally the article mentioned that they may be under-rating the engine at 390 hp and 390 ft-lbs of torque to avoid another hp mess.

 

Yeah I've read most of the hype. Ford ALWAYS overrates their cars. Have in the past and will continue to do so until they can prove otherwise. The car will not be that fast....trust me. Do you actually think they will make a car faster than the Cobra R for half the price. I think not. We will see.

COMPTECH filter,,two bottles of 104 booster in the gas tank
and a very cool motor ...this mustang guy was wanting a supercharger,,i asked where he races and he told me ,,he dont beat on the car that much,,bullshit came up in my head and i lit the tires up for a good 10 feet,,the shop loves cause i bring in alot of customers
