Dyno sheet
Hey guys, well I recently had my car dynoed (obviously not in year 2000 like the sheet suggests). Only mod I had was a comptech CAI on an '03.
To me it looks like my TQ #'s are everywhere... Does this look right to you guys? could my comptech have moved around the torque curve like that? or is that normal?
Anyway what do you guys think?

wtf? I assume that the intake was installed and driven for a bit prior to this dyno.
is it really that bad?
so what does this mean?
could it be the comptech? I just had a valve adjustment... cars got 30k miles... Anything I should check out? The guys over at autowave (where I got it dynoed) didnt say anything

Edit: wouldnt the intersection point completely depend on the dyno tq & hp #s listed on the chart. I mean like where they start and where they stop on the chart... if that makes any sense at all.
Example: the sheets iv seen where they intersect have the dyno start at 0ft # and 0hp. On my dyno sheet they start out at 59 HP and 99 Ft lbs.

You guys are not looking at the scales on the plot. HP does equal TQ at 5252 RPM. TQ is just under 117 ft.lb. (scale on right) and HP is just under 117 HP (scale on left).
HP=(TQ*RPM)/5252 so at 5252 RPM, HP=(TQ*5252)/5252)=TQ.
It cannot be otherwise.

the intersection point would vary somewhat, but the start shouldnt affect it, as your whp at 5252RPM would be the same regardless of when they start recording.
you could try removing the CAI and rerunning to see if that's the issue, but if it's not a hugely defective CAI and it wasn't installed in some obviously wrong manner, it shouldn't make it that different. ask others for CAI dynos to compare and then you can see how far off your TQ is.
but obviously, if the dyno isn't screwed up, your car needs some type of adjustment. how many miles are on it? is a tune-up overdo? (plugs/wires? o2 sensor? etc)
