that was what i was about to say. there are correction factors for these things. .96 to .98

Its less than 12 months old (bought it from a Speedstar group buy in spring last year) and its the weld that appears to have failed:






I've been hacked off with the resonance for many months and have applied dynomat in the trunk, spare tyre well, quietcoat on the floor pan last week....the resonance was probably getting worse as I imagine the weld has failed over a period of time, and finally gave up yesterday after a 400 mile round trip followed by a cool down.

I'm waiting for a response to my email and PM to William at Speedstar. I emailed him last night (UK time) but I've not heard anything as yet today.

Excuse my ignorance, who is A&J ?

A&J is a shop in Richmond, BC, Canada. From what I understand, the T1R is A&J's in-house exhaust - but made in japan.

Speedstar and A&J have pretty close ties and carry the same type of inventory.
