PeopleFirst is advertising rates at 6.95%. I have found them very reasonable to work with, and their rates seem to be better than dealerships, local banks, and other major sources of loans ... although not as good as credit unions.

LOAN????

just make a withdrawal.....only takes a ski mask, pen/paper,
paper bag, plastic bag (to control overspray when the dye pack explodes), gun (or "gat" as we in the bidness call it), sneakers, and about 5 minutes. make sure you have already signed all the papers on your purchase (stook) and tell the salesperson you will be in a BIG hurry when you pick up the car.................

LOL ... well, if you're going to go that route why not just take the ski mask and gun down to yer local dealer ...
