I just found my friends car for sale by some guy in the Netherlands??

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this a stolen car? If it is, EBay takes these things VERY seriously and will definitely get the police involved, both in the Netherlands and in the USA. Car theives that steal from one nation and ship to another are obviously very well organized and are probably connected to some sort of crime syndicate (whoa) and it would do the whole world a favor to contact the cops and have these guys arrested. The Dutch cops would probably be a good place to start.
If you feel like calling internationally - try 0031 - 343 57 8844, everyone speaks English over there and I'm sure someone would be interested in this scam.... Hope this helps.

typically has SCAM written all over it. they'll offer it for sale, get some people to bite, then they'll take it off auction because:
they're getting so many bids for it
then they follow up with this whole sob story about how they used to be in the states, had to bring car with them and can't register it, so if you wire them $5,000 as a down they'll ship the car to you, etc etc..
the funny thing is, when you ask them to produce a VIN, or at least a picture of it, they cave. or, they do produce a VIN, but it doesn't jive with a CARFAX report, like they say they lived in NJ but the Carfax came back as the car coming from AZ or some wack like that...

First you have to know bidding is restricted since I am carefull with my auction,so noone will press the button until I have the assurance that he will buy it.
The car is in perfect conditions without any scratches or other mechanical problems.
I will pay the shipping cost and you will pay the money transfer comision.The car is in Europe, Greece and it will be shipped from here on my expence so,please REPLY WITH YOUR NAME AND SHIPPING ADDRESS IN YOUR NEXT EMAIL.
