If I remember correctly, it is not that they will not work but the cost of the square craft mirrors for just the bases.

You are on your own with this one. Just buy them both and give it a try. You can always sell the SqC mirrors if you can't get it to work. Or you could buy the ARP mirrors and have the bases chromed. I would bet that they will work fine. There is only some many thread size/pitches that would work and if the ARP bases can be made to work, then the SqC bases surely can. I am sure that the problem is that most are unwilling to pay 450 just for a set of bases.

And if you do this, let me know, I may be interested in the left overs for a cheap price.
