Would you need to get aftermarket shocks with either of those springs?

I've been running H&Rs with the original shocks for nearly 4 years now. As they aren't massively different in height or spring rate all the arguments about shocks needing to be replaced don't count.

I may be misinformed, but I thought I read somewhere that Eibachs made for the European market are designed to be direct replacements for oem springs (the spring rates are lower) Not sure where I read that - I think it may have been in a VW forum. VW's factory aftermarket sport springs are made by Eibach and I heard that they are the Euro market versions.

Oh, BTW, I have H&Rs on my Accord. They don't seem too much stiffer, but they are stiffer. For my S2000, I was thinking of getting the H&R coilovers. But if I stayed with my stock dampers, I would probably get the H&Rs, Teins S.techs or the Spoon springs, because they seem to have the closest spring rates to the factory.

AusS2000,
after running them for 4 years, does the springs drop more than they are suppose to like over an inch?(cuz they are suppose to drop the car only .75/.6 ) i am asking this cuz i am running 285s in the back and i don't want any rubbing issues in the future.

thanx
Sam
