H+R springs are good, but they're just 'off the shelf' springs in Germany. I'd personaly go with Eibach. performance will virtually be the same, but the Eibachs will ride less harshly.

I went with the Espelir springs from Jeff at Evolution. He is having a group buy on them. They are comparable to the Eibach, only from Japan. Everyone I know can't say enough about them.

I'm noob when it comes to springs, but a buddy told me to look into "progressively wound" springs. He said their softer over small bumps, but as the springs contract, they become progressively stiffer, so larger bumps will meet more stiffness.

??? Anyone know how this relates to the Eibachs or H&Rs?

You didn't recommend them. You quoted their name.

Do they ride well? Look good? Improve performance?

All I'm asking is that if you want to recommend a product surely you should give the reasons why?

And regardless, it is irrelevant. No one is asking about coilovers regardless of whose springs they use.
