SPRING RATE: 296 / 363
DROP (F/R): -1.0 / -1.0

eibach pro kit:
spring rate: 262/342
drop (f/r) -1.0/-1.0

I've been running on the teins for 2yrs already. Installed em with 72k miles and have 110k now. Shocks still ride great. I think the stiffer spring rates help the longevity of the shocks since they probably have a little less travel than they would with the eibach's.
so whats the stock AP1 spring rate?

I'm on Tein S-Tech's and I've been happy with them so far. I wanted a small drop that wouldn't look dumped or aggressive and allowed me some daily driveability. They ride alittle stiffer than stock and give better preformance in the twisties. If you want a more aggresive drop, I'd go Eibach/Espilir. Good luck with the install, it definately takes awhile.

tein is a great quality spring while still being more affordable than eibach. i loved the ride with it as well. good drop while still being able to go up and down a steep driveway without a problem.

Are the Swifts that good?

I was in between the Swift mach sport springs or the Esp ASD Springs.

Not sure which ones

Teins myself. Great drop and the ride is good as well. Eibach makes quality springs as well. Really cant go wrong with either choice
