eliminate exhaust drone
That will fix it too.
I have a magnaflow dual (There is a GB going now) and it does not have the drone. The reason why, is that dead pipe is part of their design. I also had an Amuse Dual R1 Extra. It too had not drone and it had the dead pipe as well. See a trend here?

your talking about the "Helmholtz resonator" thingy right?? I didnt know that reduced droning.
Ive read a post where someone made their own "dead pipe" or helmholtz resonator" and didnt help drone at all...??

The Helmholtz is designed to help reduce drone along with the standard resonators. They are generally "tuned" to a specific exhaust via placement, length etc. Just welding in a capped piece of pipe without tuning/testing would be totally hit or miss as far as results go.
i'm going to give the resonator a shot, for you guys with the spugen do you find the exhaust calms down a bit after some use as it resonates. I got to remember it is a new exhaust and it may get a bit quieter after time. but I hate the drone, love the sound at high rpms. It is stranger how it gets quieter but sounds mean
try some sound deadening also - i think for exhaust drone you should look at the trunk and spare tire area if you go with something like dynamat, and if you get the liquid application you could look into doing the underneath of the car in the exhaust tunnel.
