Just for a bit of comic relief at the expense of your pride and vanity I think it'd be great for people to post their funny, embarrasing, or downright cool stories here that have anything pertaining to or to do with the S.

I know my story is one of the first times I slid into the passenger seat of an S (I don't own one) I whacked my head HARD on the edge of the hard top in front of my parents and brother.... hehehe it hurt like a b*tch, but the driver of the S (name witheld to protect the innocent) was just giving me a weird look like ".... ow...."

 

I forgot I was in 1st gear and let off the clutch and the car lunged forward. This was right in front of my friend in his E46 M3 and right in front of Bally's work out center....

 

The thing I find truly embarassing is the amount of times i've stalled the damm (only time i've used the damm word) car in first thanks to the low torque and lite flywheel. I have to use the tach if i really want to be sure as the clutch feel also seems 2b terrible. Not a big bummer just happens more often than with any other vehicle i've owned.

he also does some nice slides on the overpass exits... in both my car and his 2-ton-plus Q45

I got caught singing to some song on the radio with the top down on the highway. I look over and there are three people in a car just starring at me with the 'stupid' face...embarrassed? Yes.

 

When i first got my S, i let my mom drive it (she was REALLY bugging me. Saying, "I let you borrow MY car, please!!!" and such until i finally relented.)
Anyway, she put the top down and i got in the passenger side. She drove it around and we ended up at the local movie theater where a bunch of cute girls we standing around. My mom likes to obey trafic signs. So she came to a long, long, complete stop right in front of them. (They were all my age, im 20)
I heard them saying, "Wow, nice car" and such, until one of them said loudly, "Yeah, but he's crusing in his mom's car"
My mom just looked at me and drove away

While driving one friday night I was with a girl and we were getting on an onramp. At the same time a Scivic SI. So we both decided to romp on it and in the process of about 8500 RPM's the girl who I was with decided that she was hot and turned on the A/C. Need less to say she first got a nice backhand and later on the freeway got booted out of the car at 75 mph! j/k
