well a lot of kids like around my area like to steal emblems to put on their backpack or just to collect.
i have no clue in why they do this but happens all the time.

A good reason to buy Rick's "S" badges. This will keep the thugs that own Civics from stealing your badges. Not too many undesireable people own S2000's. Easier to wash your car too.

It the scratches can be covered up by Rick's badge, I'd opt for that.
