How important, do you now (as opposed to when you bought it) think, is the excellent motor accessibility (both for working and viewing)in your S2k as compared to a boxster?
Still waiting for mine!

It was very important then and still it... of course unlike the boxster... we don't need maintenance for ohter than the oil changes...

The engine is not as accessible as one might think. Upper engine service is a piece of cake but you won't have a very nice time if you want to pop the motor out in your garage.

It comes out the bottom.

One of the reasons that I bought the S2K instead of a Boxster was the superior engine access. In order to work on a Boxster engine, the car has to go up on a lift and then several panels must be removed. The engine is very easy to access for routine maintenance and tuning in the Honda.
