If it walks like a troll, talks like a troll, and smells like a troll, then odds are it IS a troll.

Well folks, I'm a "high mileage" driver -- have owned BMW's, several volvos, couple of toyota's, a couple of Nissans, a couple of MG's, a Ford or two, a couple of jeeps, and yes.... (he says, blushing slightly) even a couple of Fiats.

I've had my 2000S2K for just over 3 years -- and have put the last 102,000 of its 113,000 miles on it -- in Kansas -- driven daily -- in all weather -- on all kinds of roads -- rural, urban, cross country and cross town. It was SUPPOSED to be just my play car -- but I don't drive anything else... With the exception of a factory recall for something in the rear-end (cant even remember what) THE CAR HAS BEEN FLAWLESS --- NOT A SINGLE mechanical issue. I run it into the dealership every couple of months for service --- buy new tires once a year --- and drive it! --- IT HAS BEEN THE MOST TROUBLE FREE CAR IVE EVER OWNED!!

how come people post stuff like this and don't feel the need to elaborate?
Allow me to elaborate IMHO Its great seeing owners vouching for the cars reliablity. Some owners have quite the opposite experience altho I noticed they all had a few things in common: all of them torture their cars, track them, have failed to perform ANY maintaince, usually fill the car with 87 octane, and all of them over rev'd at least once. I feel much better after reading the JD Power article. sorry for rant
