Default Engine Vibration

I just had a question I was wondering if it's normal, sometimes when i'm stopped in neutral and push the gas a little and let it the revs fall down, when it gets to the bottom the engine somewhat shakes and you feel it in the stick. kinda like it's midway from stalling.
Could you guys tell me if any of you have had that happen to you?
Thanks

I've seen this reported here on many occasions but not lately till now. Was your A/C on? I can't remember the threads. Perhaps someone will come along with their personnal experiences. Mine only does this when the A/C in on and the engine rpm is dropping naturally.

This is not unusual -- I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens frequently.

You feel it in the shifter because of the "connection" to the drivetrain - it's the whole engine and drivetrain that is winding down - and the ECU trying to deal with the suddenly shut throttle causing emissions to go haywire for a moment.

I feel it everyday when I'm stuck in traffic - same sensation, feels like it's gonna stall, give it gas, takes a while for things to catch up. Glad to know it's normal...

Yes, thanks to those in the know! I was thinking that I was having some problems but was trying hard to ignore this - glad to know it's normal...still a pain when it happens though.

Mine does this occasionally - drops to 600rpm or so and gives a little shudder. Air con on or off.

It's pretty normal. I notice this happens a lot when the engine is cold.
