Why is it the every time I order from the S2ki market place that I have a problem. Something so simple as floor mats. They came without two gromets for the driver side and sure enough that one was put in the wrong place (too much to the right)! All I asked for is new grommets that i would replace myself. I sent pictures of the floor mats and the request about a month ago and haven't gotten any reply as of yet. I expect at least a reply for god sakes! This is the second strike once more and my heads going to explode. I know this is a part time job for the guy but maybe this isn't exactly a part time job job. EIther way I dont care about being nice I've tried to contact him several times with the same "my e-mail doesn't work" excuse. This is his business not mine, he needs to make sure that his e-mail works correctly not me. I'd rather pay the extra money now and go to my local honda dealer and at least get what I ordered when i order it.

 

Not to mention their prices aren't competitve even with the member discount and their shipping rates are obsurd.

 

I'll agree with the shipping rates. I don't think there prices are out of line but the shipping is crazy. If I can't get my grommets soon they are blackballed in my book.

 

I got mine from the dealer about 3 years ago and it only had one grommet. When did they go to two?

 

Mine only had one also. I got new floormats at Honda covered under the warrenty because the S2000 logo fell off.

 

MY01 had 1, MY02+ mats have two. You simply got a mat for the wrong year. That is why it was 35.00 cheaper. Honda sold the car without mats in 2000. You had to buy them as an accessory, with an accessory price. Now since they all come with mats, you pay replacement parts price.

So technically you got what you paid for, maybe not what you expected.

So the question is... Is saving 35 worth buying a gromet kit at Home Deopt?

Hey, look again. Every other color cost 35.00 more and Tan cost 39.00 more.

I never insulted you. I simply showed you that there is a differance. I do think that GoFastLabs did explain it properly (or at all) but these are OEM parts, made by Honda. There is two part numbers for black floor mats.
