This thread is phenomenal- can't believe I've never perused it before.


You could add that the wind noise caused by worn out soft top strikers in the MY00 and MY01's can be remedied by removing them and adding washers behind them to lower them slightly. It's about $59 cheaper than $60 for HT strikers.

No, I'm guessing that means the US manuals didn't stipulate a mileage interval for valve adjustments.
