Default Evo Style front license plate

Has anybody tried to mount the front license plate holder from an Evo on to a stock bumper. Just to clarify, the ones that are off to the side. If so...pictures?

this is a good idea.
I'm moving back into VA one of those front plate states, however I probably won't bother putting my plate back on.

Although if I have to, seems like you could work out something to bolt into one of those ap1 grill pieces (where fogs should be)

i think it'll look out of place if u mount it on the side and still have those plugs up front. I would just save myself the trouble and just mount the plate in the front or not mount it @ all

If I lived in a state where I had to have a front plate, I think I'd design something similar to this, but that hung down and pushed in from wind, and returned to normal when the car stopped.

^^ Hmm... I've never seen anything like that before. Seems like a good idea. I live in NY where you also need a front plate, but I still don't have one on, it looks like crap with it.

I was planning on filling in the license plate holes and the emblem holes and then mount the license plate holder on the side.

I believe Alfa was doing this before Mitsu and ripped the idea off.
