Which exaust is the nicest sounding one for the s2k . Also which one will make an hp difference if possible . Also I know this will probably void warranty . But will the competch one keep me under warranty.

 

Just take the stock exhaust off completely and let the air breathe right out of the catalytic converter.

Running no exhaust is:

A) Lighter than all carbon fiber w/tungsten bolts
B) Free
C) Sounds great

 

And:
a)noisy
b)illegal

 

forget taking of the exhaust, take the header off too, be a real man....

 

You will only lose your warranty if they can prove the aftermarket part cause the problem. If you install an exhaust system and your softtop motors break, your still under warranty because the probelms are not related.

As for exhaust pretty much any dual exhaust won't make much hp (NA).
Single exhaust will make a few hp, but they tend to be really really loud.

In my opinon nice sounding exhaust are:
Supersprint
HKS HiPower/Hiper Dual
Fujitsubo (pretty quiet)

mugen one is the quietest i have heard. with little or no gain. but no loss in hp.

 

Comptech-+ 3WHP,dyno proven,and 10 # lighter than stock,but a little loud.
Fujitsobo is much quieter,but as heavy as stock.
SuperSprint is the SEX,!!! $$$

 

T1r 70mm single exhaust... Light and gains around +10rwhp.

i cant stand my Js anymore; going to either a quieter exhaust or maybe even stock
