B&B make GREAT exausts with a very particular sound...some like it, some hate it. A bit burbly for my taste, but the Porsche guys love it. They will also make one out of 3" piping for a small price ($100 I think)

 

an aquaintance of mine has/had the bill boat exhaust on his 996 TT, sounds like pure and total ass, if you ever wanted to make your Porsche sound like a jalopy that is your exhaust.

That's my experience with billy boat as I like to call it.

 

sorry to dig up an old thread but I wanted to post my review.

I had this exhaust on my ap2. Supposedly these systems are made to order... well all I have to say is the fitment sucked! I had to send the exhaust BACK to the factory TWICE to be "worked on" After getting it back and trying to fit it to my car for the third time with the same results, I was fed up with B&B. I had a local muffler shop cut and align the exhaust on my car so it would fit.

Will I ever buy their stuff again? Hell no.

 

One of the nicest sounding exhaust for the S. Similar to Supersprint and Fuji in sound but way deeper. Fit wasn't that great. Huge tips melted bumper and mid pipe hit the bottom of car during bumps/freeway dips. Somewhat heavy but butt dyno said it increased midend power. I would still have it but cracked it during an off at a track day.
