Do you want me to tell you what to wear this morning? :-P

Form you're own opinions on what you want! Go out and listen to a few exhaust and ride in someones car with a hard top. Don't just get something because of what others like or dislike.

I bought a factory hardtop and a comptech exhaust. I enjoy both as I think you will.

Its all about preference. What I like on my car or think is better, you may hate. I like to hear an exhaust when I drive, especially when I am WOT or am downshifting. I think the HKS with a testpipe is the best sounding exhaust for a NA S2000. I also prefer a hardtop over a glass soft top. I have both and keep my hardtop on all year long.

right on to all of the above!

the advantage of a new exhaust to some is the disadvantage to others- the growl, and roar are music to my ears... but my wife insists on wearing earplugs when she rides in my car!!

i have a stock exhaust set up right now but that's going to change. i want to hear the exhaust. not too loud though.

get the hardtop. after having my hardtop on for a month, i cant stand the look of of the softtop anymore. its either hardtop or top down for me.

Once you start modding.... you can't stop. That being said.... get an aftermarket exhaust. You can always find a buyer in the aftermarket if you want to sell it.

Hardtop is a preference thing. I've always wanted one...but in SoCAL the weather is always so nice that I always drive top down. Since convertibles are what I love, I would only use the hard top for pictures or special events.
