I thought I was being clever s2k...o as in s2k knock-out, but, thanks to members, I realized it should be s2k k.o. for a knockout of a car. What ever, I live with my error.

STARBRD is my plate on the 'Lude. STARBD is the plate on my S2K. I am a sailor. In sail racing, a boat on starboard tack has the right of way over a boat on port tack. It is customary (but not required) to yell "starboard" to let the other boat know that you expect her to yield.

S2 is short for S2 thousand. SaV is slang for Savage. Latez!

 

Giving away my age here, but back in 1970 just before graduating from high school, I worked at a lumber yard. There was a man I worked with who when I introduced myself as "Mark" kept pronouncing it "Mach". The next day he started calling me "Mach 1" as in the old Mustang. The nickname stuck with me all the way through college...some of my old college buddies still call me "Mach 1". For some crazy reason I registered as "MachOne". Maybe I should change it to "Mach 1" to be true to the original? Didn't want S2000 purists (including myself) thinking I was pushing the old Mustang. It's just my old nickname.
