Eyelids?
these have been posted elsewhere recently, but here's a couple of pics of mine with the eyelids (fyi, most eyelids fit like **** and it takes a bit of work to get them to look good. I have the bodyshop remove the lights and fit them flush)

Had a pair - took them off. I absolutely love the look from afar but the closer you get the more they scream "add on". I would check out an installed pair or two first hand before deciding.
Just curious Ravenwerk; I know they sell some inferior lids on ebay that I assumed the you-get-what-you-pay-for motto applies to. And S2000GT agrees that most fits are scarey. Did you have the variety you double tape on? (No offense meant since you may have had some carbon fiber wunderparts as well.)
Yes, they came with the double tape lining the edges. It made them ridiculously tall. I removed it and stragetically repositioned a thinner double tape so that the edges were fairly flush but they were still to tall IMO and thats the real problem, getting them flush. I bought them from a board sponsor.
Someone sells a vinyl set for the car but I understand the color match is not up to snuff and fading is a problem. I have considered painting the top portion of the lens - can't get more flush than that.

I was disappointed with both the fitment and the paintwork.
I had my bodyshop "install" them properly. The tape was removed and they are siliconed in place. The edges were shaved flush. They are now completey flat against the fenders and look a lot better. They were also paintmatched against my fenders too.
TO do this on its own would be pretty expensive for such a small part, but my car was in the shop for a lot more work so they guys did it all for free!
OT: Looking good AB

Maybe I should have them installed in Chicago S2000GT. You have some incredible mods on that Silverstone.
Looks to me like you probably financed 5 years of college for some body shop owner's kids! And I'm making an issue of just adding some eyelids.
I'm having my front bumper replaced after some hurricane debris added some unwanted contour lines to it last week so hopefully my body shop guys will take pity on me and do it pro bono also.
