Default F20C Powered Miata

What do you guys think? Cool? No? I would hope this doesnt go for more than an AP1 S2000 would..

I would have just bought an S2000 and been done with it rather than mod the Miata. I don't get the point of this swap. You basically want this Miata to be an S2000 with the drive train and binnacle. The cars are too similar for this to be really unique. I'd be more interested in an LS swap.

Yeah, I would not be super interested in this. I would not mind having a Miata as a track car, but I would just boost it and keep it a miata.

Now, there is a local guy with an old Triumph Sptifire he just put an S2000 drivetrain in. That is a cool swap Made that car a LOT better. For autox, it is like an S2000, but about 800 lbs lighter

I think it's cool. Realistically speaking, if I was doing a similar swap it'd be a K since everything is well mapped out at this point.

It’s not an S2000, it’s not a Miata. Who the hel! Engineered this plastic surgery mess?

I like it and I normally don't enjoy these kinds of Frankenstein cars.

I think the '91 MX5 is 700 or so LBS lighter than the S. Around 8.75 lbs < 11.66 lbs per hp.
