Default Factory Turbo S2000......

My 1st post ever although i've been reading these forums for a couple of weeks now, planning on buying an S soon, but where I live it costs 48k...yeah, ouch.

Found a spanish article about the Essen Motorshow about an s2k with 400hp at 8500rpm turbo that was released in 2004 or 2005( doesn't specify but that's the year of the article) only 30 units will be made.

Specs:

400hp at 8500rpm

0-100 in 4.3secs(that's expressed in km/h i suppose so it would be
0-62mph in 4.3secs

Exterior-Chd-Tuning
Chassis-Bilstein(PSS9 Suspension)
Toyo Tires
Brembo Brakes
Supersprint Exhaust
Isotta Interiors
Turbo Garrett T3m
Max Speed over 300KM/h=186MPH

Is this true, although only 30 units will or were available, I've never heard of such thing, Its an 04 article BTW, pics below

Looks like any other Tuner car to me. i think that;s the only car honda never tinkered with in concept form. We've had Si's, Ridgelines, RL's, TL's, basically everything but the S2000. I'd love to see a lightweight factory tuner with a small displacement V8. All motor of course. I've seen the IRL V8 up close and that thing in TINY! If I had the $100K I'd put one of those bad boys in.

This is a limited production tuner car. The widebody kit and the turbo tuning are both available seperately. Basically it's like buying a full production amuse or mugen s2000, except the transactions are in spanish instead of japanese
