Fading clear coat. what to do?

when the clear coat on the carbon fiber trunk is fading...badly... can i spray another coat of clear coat on it? if so, which clear coat should i get?

You need to wet sand it down and reclear. Shouldn't cost much for a body shop to handle.

Can it be polished just like any other painted surface?
Exactly what material is that clear part of the CF?
I've never had CF parts on my car before.
