Try a color matched "filler" wax (I think Turtle Wax makes one) and a lot of that will probably go away. Then follow up with a higher quality wax that will hold up longer. I'll bet you can get away without doing a repair.

the lip should cover it. I did the exact same thing as you when i got the car, and scratched it in hte same place. just get a lip

I'm not so much worried about the scratches as I am the spider marks (the lines you see from a large amount of stress on plastic). I think you guys can see it in the pictures. I'm almost positive the OEM front lip won't cover that part of it. As far as the turtle wax, are you sure it'll cover that up? Take a closer look guys because I'm not sure if we're on the same page.
